These Terms & Conditions govern communications with Artur Guney, a licensed real estate agent (Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.) affiliated with eXp Realty (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program name: Guney Real Estate Text Alerts. The program collects two separate consents, each with its own checkbox and its own wording. You may give either one, both, or neither.
Marketing texts: recurring automated marketing text messages from Guney Real Estate at the mobile number provided, including new listing alerts, open house announcements, and market and home-value updates.
Informational texts: recurring automated informational text messages from Guney Real Estate at the mobile number provided about appointment and showing coordination, including scheduling changes.
Neither consent is a condition of the other. You opt in by submitting the web form at https://optin.arturguney.com/optin, or any form on this site, with the box or boxes you want checked. (Texting START to (571) 520-3155 resumes messages for a number that previously opted out; it does not by itself create a new consent.) The SMS consent boxes are never pre-checked, and SMS consent is never bundled with consent for any other communication channel.

Separately from the consents above, if you inquire about one of our rental listings on Zillow, Realtor.com, or Homes.com and provide your mobile number asking to be contacted about that property, we reply by text from (571) 605-2747 about that property only: qualification criteria (income, credit, pets, smoking, lease length), availability, and scheduling a viewing. These are informational customer-care replies to your own inquiry, never marketing, and a number received this way is never added to the marketing program.
